Why does road rage stink so bad?

-Let's face it, everyone who drives experiences this modern way of coping with arrogant, rude, and bullying drivers. I like to speed up when people are trying to pass me. It just seems that no matter where I drive these days, there's a Dale Earnhart wannabee withing a 3 cars of me. So when he/she (usually she) tries passing me, I hit the gas pedal in my BMW so that they cannot get buy. This technique really seems to frustrate these speedy types ... what I wanna know is, what do you all do so I can have more tricks up my sleeve. Has anyone ever experienced road rage? What bothers you about other crazy driversRoad rage would be ok if it only affected you, but sadly, you are jeopardizing your life and the lives of others. It's better to just let them in. What if the person is committed to changing lanes and doesn't see you? you could get side swiped and shoved into the other lane or worse a lamp pole or rail or something. On the road, it's always the other drivers that you should be concerned with.
You actually seem to be the person with road rage/bmw douche. Maybe you should just let them pass so you don't have to deal with them riding your ***?
