Why do people drive on the shoulders of roads?

-like on the highway there are the exit ramps and in between them there is a triangle shape with solid white lines and why do people drive on them to rave other people to get ahead ? is it illegal? and what should i do? lay on the horn? they cut in front of me?It's wrong.



Should we do anything about it? Not really.



People make mistakes and some people regularly drive dangerously and break rules. The latter group will all get caught eventually, your job is just to stay out of their way in the meantime.well in some areas you are allowed to use the shoulder

now in other cases it is illegal

and the triangle with white line -i think means narrow lanes not that you cant use the shoulder

You seem to be an amateur or make believe traffic cop if you feel the need to intervene in any traffic illegality you witness
stop worrying about what other people do on the highways/you drive yours and let them drive theirs/they are ticket bait
