If there was a oil leak in your vehicle and you had the a/c and the heat on, would it decrease your fuel?

-When there is the a/c and heat on, does that decrease the fuel faster when both are on???when your AC is on it causes the engine to run at a higher RPM thus causing you to use more fuel. so if you want to conserve gas dont use the AC. if you want your engine to run beter and for a longer time....fix the oil leakOnly if the people that invested there money in oil stocks conclude helping to drive up fuel prices.
