How to find old traffic reports detailed information?

-I need to find out how traffic conditions were, heavy, moderate, light, on november 11th, 2010 at 10:30 am on NJ's Garden State Parkway. How can I do this? Can i find anywhere about toll booth income during that time and relate it to traffic amount? or are there old reports I can find?
