Driver's license in Virginia?

-Okay, so I'm 16 and I'll be eligible for a license on February 15. I just want to know exactly what happens when I finish my behind the wheel program. Do they mail me a license or do I have to apply for one or what? Someone please help, I'm totally lost. lolYou have to schedule a driving test, and if you pass then they mail you a license.
