Can you use a Student's Monthly Bus Pass (the paper kind) for the subway?

-I was just curious if I had to pay the base fare to ride the subway. I live in Los Angeles, just to make this clear. I have the K-12 student pass, if that makes any difference.in ,los angeles the only paper passes now are the ez pass or metrolink

all other passes including student passes now on tap cards

so there IS NO LONGER ANY STUDENT PAPER PASSES at least

for metro

now long beach would have their own passes but they not paper either

yes your tap or Paper passes would be valid on ANY metro operated service which includes

tthe subway (red line, blue line, green line, gold, etc) just remmeber to tap your card at the entrance
